New salary requirements highly skilled migrants 2023

The salary requirements for highly skilled migrants, Intra-Corporate Transferees (ICT) and European Blue Card holders for 2023 have been announced and are as follows*:

  • Highly skilled migrant/ICT of 30 years and older: EUR 5,008
  • Highly skilled migrant/ICT younger than 30 years: EUR 3,672
  • Highly skilled migrant who is eligible for the reduced salary requirement: EUR 2,631
  • European Blue Card holder: EUR 5,867

*These are the minimum gross monthly salaries excluding holiday allowance. The salaries for highly skilled migrants, ICT’s and Blue Card holders must be at market level at all times.

The above mentioned salary requirements apply to applications received by the IND on or after 1 January 2023.
